The Legal Assistance Helpline delivers a more holistic legal service to help customers resolve disputes, without recourse to legal action.

Available around the clock, customers can seek support on any personal or commercial legal problem occurring.

Calls are triaged by a specialist First Response Unit team who then direct the customer to the appropriate legal adviser.

The Legal Assistance Helpline is also supported by an online Legal Assistance Portal, providing a range of online legal documents template, self-help advice pages as well as a facility to arrange a call back from a legal assistance adviser at time that best suits the customers.
